A week or so later when I received only one rack, I live chatted and was told "the left side rack is a special order and will take 3-5 weeks. This is posted on the product page.". Hmmm I did not see it so it must not have been real obvious but ok.... I was told early January. I checked back in last week and now I am told late January... They have my money since 11/29, they don't update me unless I contact them, I still don't have my product and it has been 7 weeks. Pretty dissatisfied. "
