"In spite of having dealt with a salesman to discuss what was needed, an incompatible faucet showed up. We need a bridge faucet and what we got was not it. However the obnoxious return policy will end up costing us $160 between restocking fee and return shipping, optimistically assuming that the faucet's return journey will proceed as planned.

Also, the restocking fee is set as 15% of the purchase price of the faucet. It seems to me that the rewrapping and reshelving covered by this fee is the same whether a faucet costs $200 or $1200 - why the difference in cost?

Client service should perhaps be known as disservice, since all they seem to be willing to do is email the return policy. Will never use them again."
