"We are very happy with the Toto pedestal sink we ordered from efaucets. It is very large and fits the space perfectly! It has a rich appearance to it.... The porcelain has a great finish to it. You can tell it is superior in quality!
My only frustration is the picture of the sink was for widespread faucet and when sink arrived it was center set. In the description, I also thought it was widespread. When I called efaucets to find out what happened, representative was not helpful and not particularly nice. We already had widespread faucet but was able to return & exchange for center set and it has been ok... although we would have preferred the widespread. But we are thrilled otherwise with the beautiful sink! We ripped out a cheap
vanity to put in the new pedestal and it was a vast improvement for this bath!"

"I purchased a fancy pop down drain from eFaucets. Upon delivery, I determined it was the wrong fit. Even though it MIGHT have been my error when ordering, I would have been happy to return it for the correct part, and pay the shipping. I requested a return authorization and paid for the replacement part ($125) all during the one phone call to customer service. When I got the email with return instructions, I saw they had deducted 15% "restocking fee" from the amount that was going to be credited upon receipt of the returned item. The customer rep said nothing about this. Had I been told, I certainly would never have purchased the replacement from this company. There are plenty of companies who don't rip-off their customers with a "restocking fee." I'm in the middle of a remodel and would likely have spent another $1000 with eFaucets. Not so much now. Take your business somewhere else."

The company said that it meant a couple of days!!! I ordered on Thursday & no where does it say that the faucet will not arrive till Monday.
It actually arrived on Tuesday !!! I had my sink & quartz guys waiting...my sink did not finish till the following week..

My recommendation: Stick to Amazon.Com. They had the same faucet for a lower price.
