"6/2/16- Things go from bad to worse with this place. Items take months to get here and now I can't return them because the first items were received past 30 days. How can you start a project when you don't get the larger items such as Tub and shower? This place really does not want returning customers or good reviews. Again sitting on hold for extremely long wait times because they won't let me return items and supervisors are unavailable!!!!! This place really stinks! Twenty minutes and counting on hold.
I placed my order on 4/13, I ordered $3500.00 worth of product. The small items shipped immediately. The larger and more important items on 5/5 I am still trying to find out where they are. On the third call to customer service, I was on hold for 30 minutes before I was finally able to speak to a supervisor. I asked immediately when I called for a supervisor. Originally, I was told the last two larger items would ship 4/27 and arrive the first week in May. Now they are telling me that one item won't even be available for another 4 weeks. I have had it with this site, I don't recommend them one bit. Don't order from them. They say they had no control over the product delay but they had control over communication. All the supervisor did was put the blame on other companies and other issues. They took no DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!"
