"Although I am very satisfied with the products received from efaucets, their delivery caused us a lot of problems. Their shipping confirmation said it would be delivered on Friday. They called that afternoon saying they needed to reschedule. They said the earliest it would get here was Tuesday. So I took the appointment and rescheduled my subs (plumber, carpenter and granite template that were coming Monday). I called Monday morning, confirmed my Tuesday morning delivery. Tuesday morning I spoke with the driver and he said it would be here by noon. It got here after 5pm. We wasted the carpenter and plumber's time. We missed our granite slot, and the granite company charged me additional fees for having to come out again. When I called customer service and voiced my concerns the representative said, I'm not sure what you want me to do about it. "
