"Needed a specific sized Kohler tub after the first one I had ordered from another company did not fit. eFaucets had it in stock at a great price, compared to other companies I searched that were either out of stock or much more expensive for that size. I ordered it and got it really fast, and was so happy that it did not hold up our renovation project. I had also worried about an acrylic tub potentially being damaged in shipment, but it was delivered safe and sound by truck. They did a great job."

"The sales representative was unfriendly and after a conversation where I stressed that I called specifically about shipping times, emphasized that I had to have an order delivered by a certain date, and stated that I wanted expedited shipping - he still failed to properly enter the order as expedited. He also failed to verbally confirm the order before entering it and had an unfriendly tone throughout the phone call. When I noticed in my email, that the order was erroneous, I left him a voicemail that has still not been returned. I later spoke with a supervisor, who was unsympathetic, essentially accused me of lying (about the shipping), and was disinterested in resolving the situation. I am deeply offended by this sales experience and my contact with the supervisor. I still have not heard from either individual even though I specifically asked for a follow-up call back. Because of sales agent's error, I am now forced to delay my project and incurring economic costs. There is a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and service by the individuals I spoke to. I was on the phone and on hold for an hour with the supervisor who provided no resolution and who seemed more interested in defending the sales agent's mistake and getting off work than resolving the situation. "
