"I had a couple of issues with their web site which cascaded into my purchase.
First on one product, their web site said sale price was 2.99, when I reviewed my invoice, it charged me 3.99. When I brought to the attention of customer service, this was their response quoted in the email from Linda in Customer Service: ..."The price at $2.99 is an error, we have updated it, you can check it on our website." In my reply to CS I let them know that it was my opinion that they should make good on what their web site says the price is to be. CS reply ignored me and addressed my second issue.
My second issue was with their Black Friday promotion. As I was on their website Friday, November 25th, I clicked on their icon for the Black Friday promotion and took note that the 30% off for Black Friday was good till November 30th. I came back to their web site on November 30th to find the Black Friday promo changed to free shipping. Again I asked CS to make good on their web site said. Their response was "As you have applied the free shipping coupon code and made the payment, so we are unable to change the coupon code for you. As you placed this order on 11/30/2009. But the Black Friday 30% off was only available on Friday. So we are unable to assist you." I did inform them that I would rather be charged for shipping and take the 30% off the order as it would have been a better discount.
The difference, as I pointed out, was only about 2.50 and a satisfied or unsatisfied customer. I placed my order anyways using the free shipping but after thinking about it, I felt eforcity.com should have made good on what their web site said, so I emailed them. They chose the unsatisfied customer.... and over two dollars and fifty cents."

Not only was it a great price, shipped on time and arrived quickly, I also had some questions regarding y purchase, it's shipping etc and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response. I woke one morning and found a response that was sent in the middle of the night! (no it wasn't an automated response) Now I don't know about you but I'm impressed with that. "The item was shipped and arrived on time. However, when I got it out of the box I could feel the cheapness in the weight. I tried to put my camera batter in the charger and it fell out. It was listed to be compatable with my camera battery, but it didn't seem to fit. I have to wrap a rubberband around the battery while it was inside of the charger so that it would stay connected. It finally charged, but I will be sending it back. I use the charger on vacations and I would not want to deal with this cheap thing again. It's worth the time and money to go to a store, test and purchase a real charger."
