Don't expect fancy packaging, the battery was in a thin cardboard box just small enough to fit the battery and shipped in one of those white opaque shipping bags. "It is my opinion you have to be cautious in buying from Eforcity. I ordered a 23-in-1 silver card reader as I needed CF-II capability which the card is advertised to have. On arrival, I discovered it to be defectively designed, as it is assembled in a case with extra space on the bottom side when inserting a card, precluding a CF II card from fitting in the device and being read. I reported this promptly and was sent a replacement card reader. I had asked the customer service rep to have their technical staff check to be sure it worked with a CF II card. Apparently no one checked. The second card reader was identical to the first. This device DOES NOT work with CF-II cards. Case design is defective. I notified customer service of this and asked if they had any card reader that would accept CF-II cards. They said "no". They were nice in refunding my purchase and telling me to keep the card readers already sent. They failed to provide the product requested and wasted my time. I am concerned that they manipulate the reviews shown on their website, as, after they assured me they would correct the description for this card reader, they have not done so. I wrote a review submitted to Eforcity in early November and they have not posted it as of Christmas. They continue to advertise having readers for CF-II. There is one review they have posted from someone complaining his microdrive does not fit this device. They have never revised their description of this card as not accepting CF-II cards. It appears to me they are eithr deceptively advertising this card as something it is not or they have failed to provide what they advertised in telling me they have no CF-II card readers. They were very hard to reach as their phone number was not posted on their web site. Google them to find a phone number and call them. It may take quite a while to get someone on the line, but it beats trying to communicate over the internet. FYI."
