"You never know how good a company is until something goes wrong. The battery I received wouldn't charge properly. I notified e-ForCity and they a.)suggested an 8 hr charge (I'd already tried that) and b.) when I explained that I'd tried to charge the battery overnight, they immediately sent me a replacement.
