"I had to wait 12 days to receive my replacement phone battery, 4 days before it was shipped and then 8 days of shipping time. All the company would say is that I can check my order on-line and that had it turned over to the post office by DSL 7 days before it was received, nothing more. It was so small I don't understand why it wasn't just sent first class mail. Once I finally received it, the battery said it charged fully when plugged it, but when disconnected it wouldn't start my phone. The whole experience with eforcity is terrible. "
