My story is the same as everyone else. The problem I have now is that the netbook quit working in about 30 minutes. So I called and called and message and message and still no respond, no answer. I purchased it on the 14th of Dec with priority processing and expedited shipping. Did not receive it until the 24th, Wheew! I charged it over night and turned it on for my son on Christmas Day, he used it for about 30 minutes and the great disappointment came thereafter. I am so fed up with this company I will never purchase from them again. And what makes matters worst is that I can't seem to speak with anyone at all. "
"My mother purchased the $99 netbook for my 9 year old after reading eGlobalWireless description and reviews of this. Don't trust their reviews. It was difficult to connect and messed up our wireless router. It took 4 hours to get it to work. Also, it will not run any website that needs Explorer 8, since it cannot load anything about Explorer 6 because it runs on a Windows CE system which came out in 1996. Buying a computer in 2010 should at least have an operating system made in the last decade. We are disputing the charges and sending it back. How disturbing to see my son so disappointed on Christmas. "
"EGlobal Wireless should be shut down! I received my order the afternoon of 12/24 after waiting for two weeks! They wasted no time taking their money; that was done in a matter of hours. My mini laptop was delived to my mailbox in a paper envelope. Of course the device is damaged. The screen was cracked and the unit would do nothing! Now they want a 25% restocking fee and I pay shipping?!It will be my mission in life to tell everyone about my experience with these crooks!"
"Well, I thought the $99 netbook might serve my needs. I didn't expect it to be fast but it's entirely useless. When I went online to check their refund policy, I discovered that they have a 25% restocking fee. Sucks to be me! That's a tab I should have clicked on before clicking on PayPal. "THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Beleve the reviews. I wish I did my due diligence on this company before I used them to get the Xmas presents for my 2 kids. The 7" netbooks arrived in a reasonable time but did not work after 5 minutes of use. I tried to call, email, and live chat with no response. They want to charge me a 25% restocking fee to return the merchandise to top it . I have to pay to ship it back also. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. The only thing I have found them to excell in is deceptivness, dishonesty, and flat out stealing. Do not be sucked in by any positive reviews or attractive pricing. They are plants from this dispicable company and they knowinly sell merchandise that will not work. But dont take my word for it, look at all the other unfortunate people who have similar experinces"

"Buyer Beware of this company! I received a 7" netbook which took over a month to get! In there advertisement they state 3-5 days to ship! This is a lie and scam! The product will not function as advertised. I cannot get it to access the internet via wireless router or directly plugged into the ethernet cable. Its absolutely a faulty product and completely junk. I guess you do get what you pay for! Very sad companies like this can operate and steal,hurt, and take from people just trying to get ther kids something great and useful for x-mas! "my sister bought four computers,and had a hard time getting her order untill she threatened to go to the local TV station. then she recevied her order two weeks later.none of the laptops would go on line one would hold a charge.they are verry cheeply made and of the poorest quality.i would be embarassed to take it out of the house.its a shame that this company is ripping people off and nothing is being done.she is going to call the bbb on tuesday"

"I have also been scammed by eglobal wireless. I have paid for expediated shipping. I ordered two netbooks and have not rec'd them. When I call the 877# no one ever answers. "I too have fallen victim to this scam and cannot get anyone to call me back. Based on reading these review's I have called my bank and have asked to dispute the charge. "I placed an order on 12/20 and paid for the priority shipping. The order stayed at not shipped, then I saw these reviews I was mortified because I had bought 4 laptops for my 4 kids. Well I tried calling and of course no answer and the live chat didnt work either. I looked up their address and realized that they are located a few miles from me so I went and paid them a visit today. I found out that they are having shipping issues and their phones are not working, I told them about the reviews I had read and how everyone thinks that they are a scam. I spoke with Erik Enlund the vice president, he gave me a card. They do have a staff their and he said that they are trying to get everyones shipment out, he said they are a legit business. The people working there seemed nice. I did get the 4 laptops but no refund on the shipping charges. Just wanted to give everyone an update, its horrible that they dont inform the customers of what is going on especially over the holidays. After I picked up the laptops I got that long awaited email that my shipment had been shipped! Anyways, i hope this helps, I would not recomend buying from them especially since they can not handle the amount being ordered and are not getting back to people.
Ok I definitely do not work for the company, believe me i am just lucky that i live a few miles from the place and was able to go pick up my order, if you consider that lucky any ways i had googled the adress it is 4811 Lyons Technology Pkwy, Coconut Creek Fl. 33073. I really do hope they own up and ship everyones orders, i had called my bank to dispute the charges before i went there and they were going to give me my money back, i just had to wait for the last day the shipment would have been. hope this helps"
