The site crashes and you loose opportunities.
The suggestion are not related at all to your geographic location or preference.

"So far i have met 1 person on this site! Very disappointing I have to say. Rarely are my matches a 'blue' match - most are just out side of my match - i.e they're short and live 50 miles away! I'm sure my review will not be posted, but as this is the first opportunity I have had to say how disappointed I am I have taken the opprtunity to do so. I keep getting emails to revies my profile and my answers so I get more matches - but in doing so I it would mean I'm not actually putting what is important to me. I don't think I'm picky or really ugly - but very rarely does anyone smile back or communicate back, or in the first place. I am still hopeful...."

It's easy to start a conversation with somebody with out having to make small talk.
You only get matched with people who may be compatible.
Help when writing your profile, it sets out a good base line

Con's
You get match with people who are not full members and who not be able to reply.
It would be better if you could put more filters when looking at your matches "

"The people this site seems to suggest as ideal matches usually do not live anywhere near me & are usually well outside of reasonable travelling distance.

Photo editing on the site is limited e.g cannot zoom to set up own profile photos.

I'm sure that the technology behind the matches is good & I know this seems shallow, but after a month I'm not attracted to anyone on this site - I've only communicated & met with one person. Very disappointing"

"Great service, the only problems I have had are that the distance settings are measured 'as th crow flies' rather than distance by road and 2 or 3 profiles that keep constantly reappearing even when I have hidden them.

But a very good service, these are only minor gripes!

There are no good matches, there are no matches at all.No thought have been put into making matches as 99% are rubbish, there is nothing in common enough to even send initial questions which are rubbish in themselves. Matches are too far, more attention should be automatically put into distance.You can't pick the whole world if that is not where you plan to go on a date.No matches in my area which I find very odd as other dating sites do have plenty. Just a waste of time. Feel cheated by false advertising of giving hope."

"I seem to have endless problems with you website locking up, not allowing me to view someones profile and saying please try later. The website seems very lackluster and antiquated. This is very annoying. Quite often, as well, your website locks up when i am in the middle or at the end of typing out a long message to someone and i have to go back and do it all again. The app is the worst performing version then if i run your website on safari and then when running your website on windows. :-("
