"Every year I shop my Medicare Supplement Plan G to see if another insurer has lower premiums. And, every year eHealth identifies a lower premium carrier to which I switch. This year, I was able to switch to Anthem/BCBS for a lower premium PLUS Silver Sneakers. My only hiccup was that during the application process, the application was sent to Aetna. Fortunately, I was able to email, online contact and phone call Aetna to let them know that my application had been incorrectly sent to them and for them to cancel it. They were able to terminate the application processing and sent me a letter informing me that the application had been cancelled. Anthem promptly accepted my application and I received my member card.
