Your system or staff somehow filled in my basic ID info wrong and set the whole registration process back several weeks. Instead of your staff (on phone) making up for the mistake, I was obliged to copy my info and "MAIL" it into one of your offices that then never responded to me afterwards. I had to keep doing all the follow-up and still don't have things properly registered because your on-line system won't recognize me. Pretty basic start-up process that you managed to get very wrong... If this is how you establish a relationship then what can I expect to come in the future?"
