In the description Built Material is Steel, and the picture looks a nice product machined , and this is the main reason I bought this product, because I wanted to give a nice touch to my airsoft replica, and what I got is ugly molded aluminium.
I wrote a review submitted on October 1, 2014 in which I said that this component is molded aluminum, not steel machined as in the picture. Why was not accepted? This is the reality, I did not want to write anything bad.
You are a respected seller celebrates ten years in the field, I do not want to buy anything other than what is described or photographed for sample.
I can tell you that if the picture and description was real, I do not even bother to buy G & P M16A1 Steel Forward Assist.

"I purchased a JG BAR 10 from Ehobby.
After receiving the rifle it was obvious that it was used.
They asked for proof with pictures.
I sent pictures. I heard back a week later asking for more pictures.
I took more pictures.
After many many emails, they offered to credit me the amount for the gun, plus shipping cost and I keep the gun.
I agreed to these terms
Sounded good at first, but when i checked my account they had not credited me the amount agreed upon, but instead $30USD less. I have made several attempts to make contact with them with no success. They seem to not give half a sh!t about paying customers, making future sales, or bad reviews.

"About two months ago I made an order of a Umarex USP .45 and a G&P M3 flashlight. (The rail adapter was from Redwolf.)
I love the USP .45 to bits, and it has yet to fail me. The flashlight however is a royal pain in the ass. There seems to be a problem with the bulb, and it just turns off randomly whenever I'm using it. Obviously this level of reliability isn't acceptable for use in a game.
So I send a kindly worded email to eHobby stating how I love the USP but the flashlight in my order seems to be faulty and if I could get some sort of replacement. No reply whatsoever. I've sent about 4 emails now, each one steadily getting less and less polite. I'm pretty pissed that it's now two months later, and I haven't even gotten a reply.
Honestly, save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else. My experiences with Redwolf have been nothing short of excellent. Go there instead. "
"After my experience with ehobbyasia I would tell everyone to not order anything from this company.
I made a $195 order of a number of items from this company and made payment through Paypal. They shipped the order quickly and I received it. I opened it and found that they had sent most of the correct items, but four of the items were not what I ordered.
I contacted them by email immediately after discovering their shipping error, they responded stating that their warehouse confirmed that they had send the items to me, and attached a copy of the invoice. I reviewed the invoice and I confirmed that I had ordered what I thought I ordered and they had made a mistake in sending me the wrong product.
I again emailed them to inform them that they had indeed sent me the wrong product. The responded by asking me to send the a picture. So I took a digital picture of the four wrong items and emailed it to them.
They send a response that said they required pictures of all the items I received, well that was difficult as I had already used several of the items that were correct in order and disposed of the packaging. I sent them another email stating this.
They responded finally that I needed to pay for shipping the wrong product back to them at my expense and they would ship me the correct product.
Now I am really upset, I send them another email stating that I did not believe that I should be responsible for shipping when they're the ones that made the shipping mistake.
They then offered me a store credit for my shipping cost, but why would I want a store credit for a company I will never do business with again?
I then disputed the transaction with Paypal. They reviewed the claim and then told me I had to ship the items back to ehobbyasia for a full refund.
So, because ehobbyasia is incompetent and makes mistakes in shipping products I have to spend more money to correct their mistake. Or I have to eat the $25.04 that they stole from me by sending the wrong product.
I will never order anything from ehobbyasia, and I would tell anyone considering it that they should not. In my opinion they are clearly thieves."
"You can easily purchase from eHOBBY ASIA. What you won't get for your money is customer service. I purchased their Russian POSP Rifle Scope. It was listed as authentic Russian Surplus. I ordered the scope, and DID NOT get an invoice with the order number. Within hours I learned that these scopes are not as advertized. I attempted to cancel by contacting them by e-mail. Name the excuse they used when and if they responded. I provided all the information they needed. Given four days, they were not able to locate the order and cancel it. The scope was shipped. They refuse to pay shipping back and want a 10% re-stocking fee. Order at your on hazard from eHobby Asia. "
