"I love the rugs and the quality of the rugs, but I have had them about a month and still cannot get the wrinkles and ripples out of the runners. They will not lay flat. I rolled them in the opposite direction and vacuumed them on the front and on the back. I also set heavy objects right on the ripples and let them stay for a couple of days.
