"I bought 7 of these when we first moved into our new home. The 3X5 for the laundry room needed to be replaced. I ordered it and another runner and they are not grey like the originals, that are very dark charcoal, nearly black. Not happy with the change. Also, the density of the fibers is much less dense than the original ones. What happened?"

The color of the rug is good and we think it will clean easily. It is hard to say how it will wear but it was a great price. We received all 4 area rugs the very next day which is amazing! They look very nice in our home without costing up a fortune.

My only issue is that I ordered non skid pads for the small area rug and the runners and I have not received anything telling me when I will receive them. "
