"Defective product followed by zero customer service. I have emailed two or three times and gotten no response after receiving a useless cell phone charger. I think waiting a week and a half for a response is adequate. Their site promises a response within 24-48 hours. Their prices are very low. Before buying, ask yourself, is it worth the hassle to not get the product you need when you need it? Don't depend on this outfit."
"First of all, let me say that these guys are owned by BargainCell.com (for whom I have left an identical review). Having said that, here is my review:
The customer service was awful. They provided no confirmation for shipping or billing. I had to call them to get the tracking number. Turns out they never billed me. I don't like open-ended transactions, so I called them and asked for them to mail me an invoice. They said they couldn't do that and needed to take my credit card information over the phone on the spot. The whole "organization" (and I use the word loosely) is shady. In summary, poor customer service and inadequate billing/shipping processes."
