"These guys are great. My order, from clicking on submit to at my door, only took 4 days. This is impressive given that my items shipped out of three different states. One of the items was missing, so I had to contact their customer support. I used the online live text chat. The customer service agent (Lan) listened to my problem and offered to send a replacement. I told him that radio shack sold it locally, and I needed it within one day. He offered to refund the cost of the item (including shipping). These guys are so good. They really want you to be happy. If you have a problem, they will work with you. Plus, their prices are unbeatable. One note, if you are using them to build a PC, make sure to do your own research. They can help you out with shipping and billing issues, but they will not help you out with technical issues (e.g. you buy a motherboard that is incompatible with your CPU). In summary, great price, great customer service, fast shipping... What more could you want?"

"First of all, let me say that these guys are owned by BargainCell.com (for whom I have left an identical review). Having said that, here is my review: The customer service was awful. They provided no confirmation for shipping or billing. I had to call them to get the tracking number. Turns out they never billed me. I don't like open-ended transactions, so I called them and asked for them to mail me an invoice. They said they couldn't do that and needed to take my credit card information over the phone on the spot. The whole "organization" (and I use the word loosely) is shady. In summary, poor customer service and inadequate billing/shipping processes."
