"Before the order I was aware about the dismal rating of the ETW and was kinda weary of ordering from them. Still, I decided to order Antec PSU TruePower 430W on thursday early morning (lowest price on Pricewatch), and it was shipped on friday by ground Fedex from a nearby warehouse. I received the product on monday, which is about 3 business days after placing order. PSU arrived in an excellent packaging, intact and (hopefully) in working order - did not test it yet. Good work, ETW!"

"This company is the same Company as Techsavings.com, EMS computing, and lowestpricetech.com. They are liars and thieves! I tried to purchase a case from them in April at TechSavings. They charged my credit card 5 minutes after I entered the order, treated me rudely when I asked for a refund because it couldn't ship (they were "In a dispute with their shipper, UPS"), and have even discontinued the live answering of their phone for the TechSavings.com site. EtechWarehouse and TechSavings list their official business address on their web pages. Each location is where they have a mail drop box at The UPS Store. They have NO WAREHOUSE. The UPS Store in Tampa has been made aware of their fraudulent activities, as has a US prosecutor. It is now 41 days since they said they were processing my credit request. Avoid these people like the plague!!!!!"
"I have been told this is the same company as Tech Savings and EMS computing. If this is the same company watch out. They will start by saying the item is in stock. Charge your credit card so fast your eyes will shutter. When you call about your order ten days after they will tell you the items go to priority and ship immediately, and send you a tracking number.
When you call after three days to find out what happen they will then say the item is out of stock. They then told me they would have the items in stock in 2 days. Calling them back they said they were having a dispute with the shipping carriers.
After 28 days of frustration and having the orders cancelled and no refund on my credit card calling them back and notifying price watch about there fraud. Price Watch notified me that they were sending me a refund, it never came. I contacted my credit card company and had both charges removed and disputed.
I will be emailing price watch again about this trio of company's Ems computing, Tech Savings and now etech warehouse. Internet Fraud has to be stopped and driving these company's out of business by making the shoppers aware is the first step.

"A nightmare. I placed this order on May 21 and today - May 28 - its still showing up as "processing." It hasn't shipped. The item was supposed to be in stock. I've emailed them three times in the last three days with no response. As I type this I have been on hold in their telephone queue for over 20 minutes. I don't know if the item is going to be shipped or not and there appears to be no way of getting in touch with these people. Worst experience I've ever had with a computer vendor. AS TO THEIR REPLY below, on the 8th calendar day after the order was placed, I asked for a tracking number. THEY FINALLY CONFESSED THE ORDER HAD NOT SHIPPED. How it could arrive the next day if it hadn't yet shipped AT ALL? Moreover of course, I had tried to contact them many times during that 8 day period and my emails were just ignored. Also Techwarehouse is denying any connection with EMS computing and their other ventures which is simply not at all correct since Eric Matthew Stockton is the owner/operator of all companies. I guess that would mean they're, um, either very very incompetent or just LYING OUTRIGHT? You decide."
"Yes this Website is the same as TechSavings and EMS computing. If you call to check the status the first time they tell you its in the warehouse ready to ship. The Second time they tell you theyve given you high priority shipping but it will not ship still. I have been mislead by Etech Warehouse the same way i was by Tech Savings when i ordered a monitor from tech savings, it never shipped, i cancelled after 10 days, ordered it from amatteroffax and it got here in 3 days! Then a month later i ordered another monitor from Etech Warehouse, not realizing it was the same as Tech Savings and right when the representative said youve been given high priority status on your shipping after 1 week of waiting i cancelled that. EMS COMPUTING ,TECH SAVINGS ,and ETECH WAREHOUSE are SCAM companies by the same person DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GUY

"I ordered two items on Monday 5/21 at 1:21pm. I was told by Cust. Serv. that they should ship the same day because the order was placed before 3PM. I followed up on Wednesday and was told that they were sorry and both items would ship Wed. evening from NJ (I am in NY) so I should have them before the weekend. I followed up on Thursday to find out that one item shipped from PA and the other was coming from TX but they were not sure when. I spoke with several Cust. Serv. reps and a MGR told me she would make sure it shipped on Thurs. from TX. It is now Friday evening and I have not gotten a shipment confirmation yet so I called again. The Cust Serv. rep told me that he has no information except it should come from TX but he would have to transfer me to someone else. He transfered me to a message stating that the company is closed until next Tuesday. THIS IS FRIDAY!!!!
This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen from an Internet Company and I have been doing business on-line for over 5 years. I will never purchase from them again and I will make sure that others also know about their lack of ability to keep to their word.

" I am NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH MY TRANSACTION (thus far!)! Ordered a Benq 21" CRT monitor from this company. (I only ordered from these folks because NEWEGG was out of stock) This was my first experience with ETW AND IT WILL BE MY LAST!!! I ordered on 5/16/2003 at roughly 2:30pm Arizona time. It's now 10:00pm on 5/21/2003. FIVE DAYS (3.5 business days) and my order has STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED!!! How long does it take!?!?!?!?! I had planned on getting my monitor before the holiday weekend, I doubt that'll happen at this point!! I called "customer service" and met with a rather unfriendly representitive who treated me like some second class citizen! He couldn't believe that I wasn't up on their shipping policy!! He said that all they guranteed was that I would have my monitor 5 to 7 business days after the invoice date! I think this sucks!!! NewEgg was almost $10 cheaper and would've had the monitor to me two days ago!! Customer service is CRAP and so is their shipping and all around handling of my order!! NEVER, NEVER will I do business with ETW again!! Let's hope that the monitor arrives in good order, this remains to be seen. I'll update once I've received it!
UPDATE: This is a late update but I said I would. The monitor did finally arrive 9 business days after order...not the 5 to 7 that they promised! The monitor did arrive in good order, that's the only positive to this story! I wish I had done a little more research. I should have been more careful to check on their policies regarding shipping. All I have to say is this: when a parts company is a class act (like newegg.com) you know it from the word go! When a company just plain sucks like Etech, you still know from the word go! I resent their response. If I'd known that the shipping was going to take 9 business days, I would've maybe chosen faster shipping, or more than likely just cancelled my order! Offer me some sort of compensation? NO THANKS!! I don't want to and WON'T deal with Etech in any way, shape or form EVER AGAIN! STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE!!"
"Order a network adapter card from this seller. I was impressed about the amount of time between ordering online to delivery. Ordered on 5/14/03 in the evening and it arrived on 5/19/03. (there was a weekend in there)so it took about 3 business days. The price was great and the emails kept me informed of the status of my order. Basically an all around good transaction. Would definitely do business again."
