"I placed my order with evitamins on 2/3/10 and after a week of not hearing anything, I emailed a few times and never heard back. They finally replied today 2/13/10 to state the item was back ordered and didn't know when they would get the product. I understand these things happen and I am fine with that, but they should have notified me sooner so I could have ordered from somewhere else. They should know better as a larger sized company. Won't order from them again and discourage others from ordering from evitamins as well."

"Placed the order on 8th July 2009 for 2 items. Both were stated "IN STOCK" and will ship .
Estimated shipping date was 13th July 2009. Items were NOT shipped, I opened a support ticket asking for the reason of delay... customer service replied that the item was NOT AVAILABLE and they were waiting for the supplier.
If the item was not available at the time of order, how can the item be listed as INSTOCK?
Anyway, after my support ticket, they changed my shipping date to the 17/7/09! I called in and upon checking, they told me that the item has been discontinued! Imagine if I didnt call in to check, I would have been waiting again for an item that will never come?
I had the unavailable item cancelled and replaced by another item. I called in and placed the order for this replacement. I clearly ordered ONE box only and I found out today when they shipped the item that the customer service has made an order for TWO boxes and of course I was charged for TWO boxes!
I did not order TWO boxes, only ONE box!!!!
I feel that their service has been terrible in these 2 recent orders, their ordering system is also terrible, their phone customer service needs much improvement as well!!!

"This order was sent almost 4 weeks after I placed the order. When I received the product (Larenim mineral makeup compact), I found that the packaging was old (bad sign). When I pulled out the compact, there was powder (a brown color that looked nothing like the color sample) all over the outside of the compact. When I opened the compact, I saw that the pressed powder was completely shattered. This is the worst online cosmetic buying experience I had."
"Noticed the poorer reviews on here and decided to take my chance ordering from this website as the reviews were quite old and companies change. Prior to ordering I searched around and found a plethora of positive reviews on a different site.
They had the product I wanted, same exact one as a local store for 50% less. Placed order with them and got it within 3 days from ordering. Did not have a chance at communicating with them and I am very pleased by the quick service and free shipping.
If they have what I want again will not hesitate ordering. VERY Pleased!"
"I should have paid attention to the other review I read about this company. After I ordered Rogaine foam on August 16, I was informed that the item would ship by August 26. I thought that was a long time to wait for them to ship my item, and I told them so via an email to their customer service team. Long story short, every time I would write to ask when to expect the shipment, I would be told that the item should ship in a few days or that the item still wasn't back in stock. The last response they sent to me was on September 2nd, telling me that they were expecting the shipment to arrive. They had responded to me 4 times, each time telling me that they would soon be shipping the order. Finally, on Sept. 8th, I got an email from them telling me that they were canceling my order because the item was discontinued. No further explanation was offered, and there was no attempt to make up for the ludicrous stalling they did before the cancellation. My fear now is that they may be running some kind of credit card or identity theft scam. AVOID EVITAMINS AT ALL COSTS. Ordering something from them is not worth the aggravation."
