"I like that they have a large selection of good quality herbs and supplements, and I like that products are reviewed by buyers.
However, their site is grossly misleading about what's in stock and how long it will take to ship something.

I ordered Cat's Claw and it said "usually ships in three to four days." That was about 3 weeks ago. My order status said "estimated ship date 7/16." Now it's been changed to 7/20. I just called and canceled for the second time.

I will never again order from this company.

Prices and service are better off elsewhere, as well as shipping speed and shipping cost.

Customer phone service was polite and quick.

Sorry eVitamins, you've lost my business.
