"Sold me a defective external hard drive. When I asked him to deliver on a 5 year warranty on the item, he never returned emails or phone calls. In fact, there is no voice mail because it is so packed. I have tried all I can but there is no customer service."
"Purchased external hard drive from this company on Sept 8, 2007. Paid $139 immediatly thru Paypal. Shipping was very slow. Hooked it up to my computer, loaded 2000+ pictures of my family and hard drive stopped working. Took it to a computer repair shop who said hard drive was not repairable and told us to buy another hard drive from a reputable retailer. Purchased ANOTHER hard drive for $120 from Circut City and took that to the repair shop to see if they could transfer my pictures from the hard drive that didnt work to the new one. No luck! Contacted seller 2 times, NO reply! Filed a dispute with paypal with one response from seller asking what the problem was when I previously had sent them 3 emails stating the issue. Paypal decided in our favor and returned our $139 on Nov 2, almost 2 months later!! No email response is horrible customer service, when there is a problem there should be communication to try to correct the problem. When searching the market for electronics on ebay do your homework, read the feedback. Dont make the mistake of seeing a good price and just going for it. Sometimes its better to drive to the store for better quality and a better value!"
"It's been 7 weeks and I don't have my item from EWaggle.
I ordered a 500gb harddrive for $120 on 9/6/2007. I immediately received an automated reply that shipping will be delayed 4 days because the shipping address didn't match the billing address. Of course it doesn't match, I wanted my son at college to get this harddrive as soon as possible. He needs it for his music recording and production classes. On 9/27/2007, 20 days later, I received a notice that the item had been shipped...but there was no tracking number...and I had to go to a website and register just to see the order status. On 10/10/2007 nothing had been received. I checked their website, then I found a UPS tracking number. UPS notes said the address label had an invalid address and the item couldn't be delivered and was returned to the seller. MY SON RECEIVED TWO OTHER PIECES OF EQUIPMENT I ordered from other sellers in less than 2 weeks AT THE SAME SHIPPING ADDRESS. I wrote and ewaggle replied with a message saying they'd re-ship the harddrive IMMEDIATELY. 16 days later, 10/26, and 5 emails later and I'd heard nothing from ewaggle about re-shipping. No one answers the phone. Meanwhile, my son is doing without a harddrive at school and I need to buy him a harddrive locally and drive it down...which I did. I consider my $120 wasted. You're taking a huge risk in buying from this seller. UPDATE: I wrote to ewaggle on 10/25 and threatened ewaggle with negative feedback. I also told them to ship directly to me since they've already shown that they can't be successful in shipping to my son. Ewaggle responded on 10/29 saying they'd ship IMMEDIATELY THAT DAY. On 11/1, still no shipping information or tracking number from ewaggle, so I wrote them AGAIN and I left negative feedback. On 11/2, I got shipping tracking number and retaliatory negative feedback. I am still waiting to verify receipt of the harddrive. Ewaggle is a terrible seller. They are slow in shipping, very poor in communication, and they create difficulties during every step of the process. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else."

"I ordered this laptop on eBay on Monday. I wanted 2 day air shipping and asked them about it. During that time, they were communicating via email and even sent an updated invoice (with the new amounts) to my PayPal a/c. Once the item was paid for, they stopped responding to my queries about it shipping. It was to have arrived this morning (07/19/07) and when it didn't, I tried to contact them again via email and phone (there is a recording saying that the # is not accepting messages). No response. So, given the price of the item, I decided to do some research on this company. Horrified at what I discovered, I immediately filed a claim with PayPal and called them up. I am told that the funds have been frozen until they can prove that the item was in fact shipped to me. Hopefully, I can get my money back.

5/30/07 Received a 300GB external drive. Left numerous voice mails, sent numerous emails to every address I could find. The phone is NEVER picked up and I received exactly zero responses.
6/19/07 Gave up on contacting them, and left negative feedback on eBay.
7/16/07 Received a shipping label via UPS. STILL no direct contact. At the moment, I at least have a 300GB drive. No way I'm throwing that into the unresponsive, inefficient black hole that is eWaggle, and taking a chance on ending up with nothing.
Avoid eWaggle like the plague."
"I bought a iriver S10 MP3 layer from this merchant and I had horrible experience with this merchant. I bought a white S10, but after I bought the item, they emailed me saying that they are out of white and asked me if it was OK to send a Black model. I reply saying that I did not want black and just refund my money back. But that is when they stopped communicating with me. It took me 3 weeks before they replied to my email. And that is after I put a dispute the charge in Paypal. In any case, although I was pretty upset, they finally send me the player after about a month and I just closed the case. But I still cannot reach them. the S10 has a problem and does not want to turn on. So i called the manufaturer and they told me that they were not authorize dealer and need to contact them for repair. I really did not want to go though that again, but i tried to contact them. It's been almost a week and I have not gotton songle email back from them. I sent 2 emails but have not heard anything from them. This is a worst site I have ever dealt with. They might have good price, but you sure are paying the rest with your time and effort. This site should not be online. noone seems be workign in that company"

After i received it, i found out the player was defective, i had to email 3 times to got my RMA number, After 2 weeks, finally i got the RMA to exchange this player, i returned next day. It had been 2 months, i still haven't receive the replacement yet. I just filed the complaint to the Better Busines Bureau (BBB) online today about Waggle System. Hope to get rip off this scam store online. Never Never order stuffs from this scam store again in my life even half price. They never answer the damm phone and it took them few weeks to answer your email if they want to. It's sad to have this kind of store online and do business with them. "I ordered one product on 4/16 which indicated it "usually ships within 24-48 hours". It is beyond 500 hours (22days) later and I still have not received it. I have emailed and got no reply and they do not answer their phone. My card, of course, was charged immediately. I will never again order from this company!"
