They sent a deficit HDD first. I managed to exchanged it. They need to send the AC adapter. They say, they will send it 2006 but they dont.

"My husband purchased this item with the extended warranty while he was deployed to Iraq. After he received it, it was defective. He contacted them multiple times waiting for a return authorization. They finally sent the authorization, so he sent back the product, and then they stopped returning emails. They don't answer the phone either. It has been over a month. I guess this is how they offer low priced items: they sell it to you defective, and then when you return it they keep the item and your money. Each of the negative comments have probably received the same hard drive. They probably only have one item in stock and they send it to everyone. Thanks for ripping off a soldier while he was deployed and protecting your right to be a rip off scam artist and steal from him. "
"Completely dissatisfied. They shipped me a defective product. After many attempts to contact the company regarding returning the company they finally gave me the information needed to return the item. That occured on January 15th. I still have not received a refund or replacment for the item I returned. They have not returned any of my emails and they do not answer their customer service phones. I do NOT recommend buying any products from this company!!! Avoid at all costs because if there are any problems with the product you buy they will rip you off!!!"
"My experience with ewaggle.com, quite frankly, is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I had ordered a product back in November of 2006, returned the item in December of 2006 and I have still yet to get a refund, or even a response by their customer service department. I have sent numerous emails and have called numerous times to their customer service department and I have gotten ZERO responses. Zero responses to an email and each time I call them, no one answers the phone. It is astounding how a company can treat its customers like this. Obviously, I am only one customer of many, but the shear lack of respect and service that I have received is appalling. I will never do business with this company again, and I cannot, in good conscience, ever recommend this company to anybody...even my worst enemy! If I had to give a rating about my satisfaction (or lack thereof)for this company, I would give a negative number. "

I ordered my Mediagate on January 5th and it showed on their website that they had plenty of units in stock. The item should have taken a week or less to arrive since I live 50 miles from their location. Ten days later, nothing.... Called them five times and the phone just kept ringing and I ultimately got disconnected by the phone company. Emailed two times as well with no responses. After threatening to file a fraud charge on my 3rd email and waiting three more days after it was sent, a rep responded and cited the merchandise was not in stock and the shipment was pending customs approval. I was promised a partial refund and a free gift for the headaches. The item showed up two weeks after that. To their credit, I did get the free gift. But, it basically took almost 4 week to receive the order from from order date but I was charged immediately.
2/15/07 - I still have not received never got my partial refund. Called again and emailed as well with no success. This was obviously an empty promise, so now I will dispute this with my CC company.
Buyer beware....This company is full of crap and doesn't know how to run a business. "
"THREE DAYS have passed and these people STILL have not sent **one single email** on my order, plus it STILL just says "pending" at their site. They refuse to answer emails and won't answer the damn phone either! It appears to be a bogus phone #! They have of course charged my credit card for the order! Obviously yet another scamming online vendor that sells products they never have. Don't you just love it when people waste your time. (I bet the positives here are "employee plants", note how this is the first review for each of them!).
UPDATE: ONE WEEK passed before these jerks finally replied to my emails, and only after stating legal action would be taken; only to reply with "Duuuuh, we don't have them". 175 of them listed at their site, a WEEK of BS, then they tell me that. They wasted a WEEK of my time avoiding me, jacking me around apparently hoping I'd forget about it and they could take the money, and I end up with a really pi$$ed of customer WE LOST because of lying jerks."
