"First time experience with eWaggle. I online ordered an LG DVD burner with DVD RAM capability. This merchandize was offered with free ground shipping. It was shipped on the day of the order and delivered by FedEx on the day FedEx forecast.
The drive was well priced, very well packed and came with the manual and drive. No cables. I am very pleased with the price and service."

"This company has been fantastic to deal with! First, their price was excellent--and they offered free shipping via FedEX. They shipped the order the same day--then when FedEx lost the package, they called FedEx to track the order. "I placed my order on October 9 for NEC ND3500A 16x Double Layer DVD+/-RW Drive with NERO 6.0 SUITE. My order arrives on October 15. I installed it with easea , took 10 minutes to do it.
Nero 6 which came with the order is a super dvd software. I got the best price and free shipping. I will definitely buy from ewaggle again.

"The first thing I bought was the USB 2.0 external DVDRW Drive. It didn't work at first and I was pretty bad so I wrote to Ewaggle at 12 am to contact me the next day and they contacted me the next day at 10 am! They were so nice about everything and I returned my USB2.0 to exchange it for a USB2.0 & Firewire enabled casing and all this transcations happened within a week! I also wasn't charged the handling fee I just had to pay for postage! I'm so happy with my DVDRW! I'd definitly buy from them again cause I know they excel so much in Service! "
