"There price for my purchase was phenominal. Shipping and packaging were good. However, the purchased motherboard had a flaw. It was RMA'd, and shipped back on 09/01. A week passed and I hadn't receieved any notification that the returned package had been received. So I emailed them on 09/12 and received a reply stating that they had received the package on 09/09(were they or were they not going to inform me?). I have RMA'd merchandise to other vendors before, and was not only promptly informed of every step in the process, but the whole cycle took less than two weeks to complete(vendors were also in Califonia). At this point, I'm totally apprehensive as to when this transaction will be completed. This was my first order to this vendor, and I'm not at all impressed."
