Only one issue this time was the delivery address they shipped.
I both confirmed the shipping address on my SuperBiiz account and Paypal account to be shipped to my office but they shipped to my home which is the billing address.
I emailed to notice them that's how it delivered-after UPS driver just dropped in the lobby without delivery signature received-they response they only deliver to the Paypal confirmed address. I have used my office as delivery address for every single order I place with all other companies for last 4 years.
I just don't understand why they response to put me to blame the address they shipped was wrong.
I confirm my invoice shown with different address than billing, and the box has my home address label.
That wasn't happy at all after their response."
