"I tried buying a radeon 3850 from them the other weekend for an outrageously low price. It turned out to be a price mistake. I was sent an apology letter, and I replied with another. I also received a phone call and the customer service reps were always very polite. I have shopped with ewiz for years, and although this was not the first time I've encountered trouble the customer service reps were always polite about any mistakes. I'll be returning to this site any time the prices drop below that of competitors on items I need at the moment. Great place to buy. Great people work there. Awesome products."

"Ordered a Gigabyte ATI video card from their specials page. It specifically stated in bold letters that there was a limit of one per customer. The next day I received a cancellation email apologizing for a price mistake. The item is now listed at a higher price (as expected after a price mistake), but the strange thing is that the limit of 1 per customer does not apply anymore. Why would they have had that limit in the first place if they had not planned on offering the special price?"

"Arrived fast and in perfect condition. The fan works great, keeps the CPU incredibly cool (30-33 C on average) and sounds like a whisper. "

"Everything went fine except for shipping options. eWiz does not let you ship to an address other than the one on file with your credit card company, making it harder for people who work during shipment times to be home to receive the package. Other than that everything else went smoothly and was pretty uneventful; good price."

"I ordered a Super Talent Pico-C 8GB USB2.0 Flash Drive on April 15 with the free shipping option. It was shipped later that day (Tuesday) and arrived on April 21 (Monday). Their emails were quick and informative. Hopefully the drive will last me for several years, but if I am ever faced with the option of using eWiz's support, I know I will be in good hands.

"Another satisfying Ewiz deal. As usual, everything worked smoothly. A note about packing. I purchased a hard drive which had it's own plastic case. It was in a box on top of 2 pieces of foam. The hard drive would slide back and forth, hitting the box edges during handling. How hard would it have been to put it between the 2 pieces of foam?. Just common sense."
