"I've ordered from EWiz twice, and both times I have been completely happy. Although their website could use some work, they are one of the only online retailers that sell I-RAM, and the absolutely only one that sells it, that I would do business with. They are competitively priced, and their customer service is top-notch. There was a problem with shipping my first order (my fault, not theirs) and they called me within 15 minutes of placing that order so they could get the problem fixed and ship it out the same day.

Last time I ordered from them, one of the products was out of stock and wouldn't be available for a few days. Again, they called me immediately to ask me what I wanted them to do, rather than sending a generic, impersonal email. They took care of it and shipped the same day once again.

It's sad that this kind of exemplary customer service is a seemingly fading service with online retailers.

According to my instructor, pricewatch.com is a reliable source for research. As I was researching parts for my laptop, I notice EWiz.com and three other vendors with the same or similar product. I chose EWiz.com because of the information, price, and pictures available on the product.
The website and ordering process is user friendly, the product ordered was sent out in a timely manner, and arrived on schedule. The arrival of the shipment was a pleasant surprise because tracking was not available after shipping out from EWiz.
The product operated according to specification.

"I placed a large order from this merchant and have had numerous problems with them they delayed my order from the start because they said they could not verify my address on my credit card NO other vendors have ever had this issue and after calling my bank they then insisted on emailing me a form which I had to sign and fax back to them this threw my order off by even more time after all of that I received the merchandise and a 350.00 power supply was DOA when I called them requesting they "cross ship" a new unit I was informed that they do not do that but that I could just purchase an additional one and then they would refund my money after they had received the defective unit AND had tested it they will not even pay to have the defective unit returned to them I have purchased computer components online for over 20 years and have NEVER had a company care so little about a customers satisfaction I will never buy from them again and would advise extreme caution! if you decide to buy from them

NOTE:
since this review I have discovered that the power supply was not "DOA" but is just incompatible with the Tyan 5369, 5367, and 5393 motherboards I only found this out after lengthly discussions with both Thermaltake and Tyan technicians.
The other issues with this vendor remain but they HAVE agreed to return the power supply and waive the 15% restocking fee (although I am still responsible for the shipping fee to them) this at least shows an effort on thier part to attempt to satisfy a customer.
since the incompatibilty issue is not Ewiz's fault I will not judge them on that but only on how they handled the return and other problems I had with them I will upgrade my rating based on the new evidence"
