"Purchased an Athlon 64 3700+. Model number 3700CF. Recieved a 3700BN, a cheaper, older model of this CPU. Apparently their shipping manager approved this switch without consulting me, and shipped it anyways. The CORRECT product they claimed was out of stock, but their website says OTHERWISE.
Requesting a prompt refund to shop elsewhere or a replaced CPU, yielded a result finally, but due to their strict "no cross shipping" policy that they wont even bend to fix *their mistakes*, I have to order the CPU seperately then recieve a refund for my previous purchase once they recieve it. Thankfully they were willing to pay return shipping after a little cooercing.
Rep also claimed it would ship same day, didnt ship til next day.
Finally recieved CPU refund, but did not recieve the shipping refund. Sent an e-mail back, and it was actually refunded within 2 hours.

"I purchased a VIA motherboard from eWiz because it was the cheapest I could find. Well, it ended up being the most expensive. The board was DOA (I don't hold this against eWiz, but rather VIA) so I requested an RMA. However, after receiving the RMA, and sending back the board, they mistakenly sent me back *the exact same board* (yes, the same serial number) by mistake (they had the serial number of the supposed "replacement" board on the invoice). So, I submit another RMA request, informing them of all the details of this problem. They reply asking me to phone their customer service, who tells me to submit another RMA request!? Now I'm shipping this board back to them a second time. So if you take the cost of the long distance phone call and the shipping from the midwest to their company in CA, and add it to the cost of the board, every other online retailer is cheaper. In short, don't buy from eWiz."

"The purchasing part went fine. Shipping took forever and cost more than I would have liked. Seems they have no distribution point near the east coast, so my psu took 7 days to get to me, and cost $12 to ship. On top of that, UPS took a bite out of the box they shipped it in... PSU was fine, but there was definately a gaping hole in the box. No way I'd refuse the package though. Only reason I would ever order from them again and not newegg is if they have a specific product I want that newegg doesn't have (and I can't find a suitable replacement on newegg)."
