"Poor, poor communications skills on the part of this merchant. Placed an order at 7:30 a.m. to have a barebones notebook sent next-day, and paid the $5.99 "rush order" fee as well. I come home at 6:00 p.m. to find that my order is still in the "order processing" status, and I have not an e-mail or missed phone call explaining why. I call them, and they said that I was going to have to sign a form and fax it to them, in an effort to prevent fraud, before they would ship my order. While inconvenient, this didn't bother me as much as the fact that I had to call and get them to tell me that is what the problem was. CANCELLED. Why even offer next day service if you aren't going to make an attempt to actually get the item there the next day?"

"The worst experiance of my life. I should have gone with newegg. I bought a pci express sapphire video card. I get all excited it's a christmas present from a father who i haven't seen in a while. I plug it into my computer doesn't work. Blank screen and it's beeping.

I have two other pci express compatable computers that the video card can work on. Same problem. I thought it didn't matter i could just email them and get my money back. Nope. Sent them no lie about 15 diffrent emails, no responds. I was scared they were going to do a cheap trick and respond in 30 days than just tell me oops your 30 days are up.

I need help if i can find a number i can complain too or something. This is ewizz. So please do not use this company unless you want to be taken advantage for.

"Received a Bad ps unit, Not Ewizes fualt But there RMA Process is about acinine for a online tech store. Instead of playing fax tag back & waiting 2 weeks for my PS to return I just Went back to newegg where I should have stayed to begin with & received MY PS 3 days faster & for 6$ less shipping than Ewiz....
