"eWiz sent me a bad PSU. After having it fry out 2 motherboards I took my whole system into a local shop. 40$ later i was told that my new PSU was bad. I ended up buying yet another PSU locally as well as another motherboard ($~150 total). After struggling through eWiz's painful RMA process wich requires you to FAX them your complaint, recieve email confirmation, and then box up and send the item AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE I was told that the PSU tested good, and that if I didn't respond to the email within 48 hours it would be shipped back to me. I responded and recieved another brief email saying they were looking into the situation. Forward several weeks and several emails later and I was finally given a full refund. I don't think it was eWiz's fault I got a bad PSU, however, it did cause me a major inconvinence and nearly 200$ to fix. Their RMA dept. sux, period. All the other parts I ordered were deilvered fast and worked fine."

"I had ordered notebook memory. This memory was for an IBM T21 thinkpad laptop computer. This is the memory module that matched the specifications. However, when the memory modules were received, they did not work. I tried the modules together and then tried them one at a time. Didn't make any difference. At that point I requested and RMA to return the modules. I went back to the memory module descriptions and it was noted that these would not work with a Dell computer. However, it did not mention that they would not work with an IBM computer.
I see that I got a refund for $nn.nn which has your 15% restocking fee subtracted. I don't think it is fair that I have to pay a restocking fee for a product that did not work as advertised.
I sent follow-up emails and never received a response from them. I would not purchase from them in the future."
