Most of the criticism about SuperBiiz I read was in regard to their return policy, but I knew exactly what I wanted and the chances of getting only with a manufacturer defect (e.g. a broken fan or broken front panel cable) was slim, and the only real reason to return it would be shipping damage.

Overall, my experience was great and I will consider SuperBiiz for future purchases.
