"Purchased an ASUS ROG IX Maximus mainboard, showed up in open box with no anti-static bag, appeared to be refurbished. Told best they would do is issue RMA and wait for current board to be returned before shipping another. Ok so 1 week to get open box, 1 week to return, 3rd week to get replacement. Spoke with the Manager of customer service who agreed, he would not wanted treated that way either. Would he budget one little bit or offer any other solution, no! Would have given my credit card for replacement order or about any other solution offered, but nothing. Most ice cold customer service call ever! "
