"Ordered an item on the 8th of June. The website stated it would ship the week of the 16th, so I knew it wasn't in stock yet and would have to wait. On June 20th, I received an email confirmation that my order was being processed. I sent an email asking if they had a tracking number or if the item had been shipped yet. I received a response stating that they had to get more in stock. That, my friends, is what's called "False Advertisement". It is now June 30th and I haven't received a single update about my order, although I've been charged the $60 a week and a half ago. I still don't have a clue when I'll get this item, or if I even will. Maybe they just pushed me aside. This is my first and final order with this 2-bit business."

After talking with the owner on several occasions on the phone and through live chat I found out that their supplier had issues at the factory level and orders would be delayed. "I have dealt with extreme-mods for a long time now with no issues. I have experienced delays but I have always been informed ahead of time before such delays. Every product was shipped promptly and safely. Always had a great customer service experience with them as well. I will continue to purchase from extreme-mods."
"Today is 12.30.13 and I have not received my product I ordered on 12.11.13. The phone number provided on the website and emails from the company are out of service.
After multiple emails with no response, I was able to reach the owner via online chat on 12.20.13 and I brought up the wrong phone number, his only response was "oops"
He openly told me he lied to Amazon.com and me. When an item is purchased from his site via Amazon.com, he has two days to ship.
He didn't have the product and stated I would have by 12.24.13. guess what, no product. Tried to reach again and no such luck. Today is 12.30.13 and I called, no luck. Went to online chat and provide my information, he then disconnected the on-line chat and closed out the chat service. Tried to call, no luck.
Had to file a complaint with BBB, USPS (for postal fraud) and now with Amazon.

"I ordered a Cronos X, their top of the line product received it on time. But it came with no instructions period, was defective and is not the item I ordered. After few days of frustation a friend of the sellers, Tim went above and beyond. Tim overnighted me his Cronos X in exchange for my defective one. It seems that the site owner had been on vacation and was unable to help me. He has since returned from vacation and has contacted me and offered to make things right. I will provide neutral response until I see what that is. If you need Para-cord, I cant recommend "Timmay's Para-Cord" high enough for his customer service. Thanks"
"I placed my order on 6/14. I received an e-mail noting my order shipped on 6/26, 3 business days after your (Extreme-Mods) advertised 1-3 days standard processing time for orders. I requested and paid for 3-7 day shipping. As of 1:30am on 6/30, USPS tracking information still states that electronic shipping information was received on 6/26, but no other information was available. The interesting part is the e-mail I got on 6/30 asking me to review a product that has yet to be delivered.
I have ordered from Extreme-Mods before and never had a 16 day wait on a product that is listed as "In stock and shipping." I would like to know where my product is and when I can ecpect it. I am very displeased with this transaction.
When I contacted the seller, they did, indeed, resend the product right away, however, the product I received was nothing like the one pictured on their website. I attempted to contact the seller several times, but there was no responce from them."

"To this point we received a product entirely opposite of what we understood we were purchasing. We are instructed to send it back and have filed complaint since the error is with the seller.
In no manner is there any explanation or instruction on the site that states the buyer is responsible for trying to fit multiple pieces together. Ours arrived in a state of many pieces with no direction. Several of the pieces appear to be damaged."
"I ordered a "Genetix3 Xbox 360 Controller Case - Black Mamba Edition" on July 23, on their site it was listed as "In Stock". I finally received a tracking number on July 28, but they did not actually ship it until August 1 and it arrived on August 3. They gave me a BS answer "returned to us due to insufficient postage". I got a quote from the USPS to ship the box back to them, it was $5.25 and I paid $6.96 .
When I opened the package the torx t8 driver that is supposed to be included was not in there. They said it was shipped today, August 4, we will see.
I left a review of the product I bought, a 2 star rating, and is still not showing up, go figure."
