"E-Digital Electronics charged my Credit card $304 last week for a camera they have not yet shipped. I tried emailing them, and using their "live chat helpline" No one responded to my my email and the supposed live-chat helpline said that there was no one available to help me. They have no phone number listed - neither on the website nor in directory assistance for Glenview Illinois. I'm beginning to think they are a phantom company that charges you for products that they neither have nor ship. Stay away from these guys! - Chuck Werber, Newton Massachusetts"
"Horrible experience, company did not respond to email inquiries until I threatened to cancel order. Order finally arrived but was wrong item altogether. Still awaiting resolution, not sure if they are going to send me correct item or issue refund. Customer service is a joke.
E-digital paid for return of wrong item and refunded me full amount, including UPS import/brokerage fee. Suspect the delays in communication were a result of issues they were having with their drop shipper. Not E-digital's fault I was sent wrong item, but they took care of the error, shame that E-digital's reputation has to suffer because DBL Distribution is incompetent."

"Watch out. Fraund. E-digital electronics uses PayPal for transactions which I did not realize till after transation. E-digital electronics has sent me a deffective phone and failed to respond at all. I wanted to know how to replace the phone. Complainted to PayPal but their policy is pro-merchant. They can take complaint if you don't recieve an item or the item that you receive is completely different. PayPal does not protect against faulty items. They let merchants get away with selling defective products. Don't use e-digital-electronics and try to awoid PayPal"
"If y'all haven't realized, this company makes their purchases through NetDropShipper.com. Therefore, they do not actually have a warehouse, but use the drop shipper. NetDropShipper is not exactly a reliable source. So when there source messes up, they are forced to take the blame."
