"I placed an order for an item on 02-01-06 which ultimately wound up being back ordered until 02-21-06 and again until 03-02-06. After being advised again that it was still backordered, I cancelled my order. As per the previous reviewer, this company should not be attempting to sell merchandise they do not have in their inventory. I found it very disturbing that information on their website recommended that you call them to obtain information on ordered items, but interestingly, they do not have any telephone numbers listed on their website. When I emailed them on multiple occasions advising them of their statement and requested a telephone number, they would not supply a telephone number. The company used PayPal to process my credit card charge when the order was processed, even though the item was backordered for over a month. I was truly concerned because PayPal has no contact information on this company either.
Because of the reluctance of the company to provide contact information other than by email, and the unusually long backorder period, I cannot and would not recommend this company to anyone."
"I ordered a memory card on 12/26, the order was immediately verified and I received a FedEx tracking number the next day. After two weeks, the tracking information still showed that it had not been shipped. When I complained, they cancelled my order promptly and refunded my money and stated that the item was out of stock.
My only complaint is that they shouldn't be selling products that they don't have in a warehouse unless they tell the consumer that it is on backorder and give an estimate of the delivery time.
After my money was refunded, I ordered the same card from e-COST.com for less money and it arrived in one business day."
