"I purchased a set of 10 bottles some several weeks ago. When they arrived, one of the bottles was broken. I e-mailed support and asked that they refund the bottle and shipping costs as well as resend the 1 bottle that had been broken.

I received an e-mail back saying they would refund the bottle price and $3.74 of the shipping (not the entire amount of the shipping). But that they would not be resending a replacement bottle, it was either one or the other.

Some few days later after my response, I received a shipping e-mail saying a single bottle was on it's way. I have never received that replacement bottle. "
