"I love the products, however every time we order 1 of the bottle sizes is out. This time there was no notice of this, but instead received an email saying it could be up to 2 months till we receive it! I emailed asking if you are providng a discount off our next offer due to this miscommunication, and the agent went straight for stating they can cancel the order since we had to order from another vendor to stock up, but my request never asked for such and the representative was rude during the email. We did end up getting $15 off in the end, but the agent was very rude and each time it seems we are waiting for stock to be filled up on your end, but are not sent our other portion of the order. For example, we ordered 30 and 60ml bottles, our 60mL's should've been send immediately instead of waiting for the next week to get in the 30mLs. Thank you."
