I received an upgrade from a manual to automatic transmission at a very low extra cost.

The car was clean inside and out and was full of fuel.
There was a lable on the filling to remind me what fuel to use that i found useful I was also given a free map and instructions on how to use the tool.
When I returned the car the I found that once again the checking personnel were very courteous and efficient as with the person that dropped us back to the airport.
