I am using the service regularly and have never been disappointed so far. From time to time upgrades to next higher class were offered free of charge automatically, or if asked specifically at the counter, were offered at very reasonable price. Subsequent telephone discussion was also handled well when I needed to make a small amendment to the booking (although most amendments would have been dealt with online).
