"I have been buying from e favormart for over 9 years. This was only the second time I was not happy. I ordered several runners and when I ordered them nothing was out of stock. I checked on the order after 7 days and was told 2 colored were out of stock. I wish they had notified me as I had sold an event with those colors . I was told they could be available in maybe 5 weeks . Now I need to gety client to change colors I don't want to mix runners.
Perhaps in the future you should notify your customer immediately. Don't make them contact you

"I needed the tablecloths for a party on Saturday. I procrastinated ordering until the weekend before, and they arrived on Thursday! The price was cheaper than renting, and the quality was better because they were a heavier weight and were one solid piece. The only issue was with delivery from the post office. I got a tracking number and a delivery confirmation email on Thursday. (I had them sent to a PO Box). By Friday morning, I still didn't have the tablecloths. It took a while for the postmaster to find the package. Very happy with the tablecloths and eFavorMart!!"
"I ordered several tablecloths from efavormart. Received confirmation email. Waited and waited and waited... Finally chatted online because they don't allow phone calls only email or chat. They said, "Oh, we had problem with our supplier so we can't get those to you." I asked why I wasn't notified. They said, "Oh, that's all automated. I guess 'the system' missed you." I asked what they could offer to resolve the issue. They said they could refund my money. I explained that would help me get tablecloths. I asked them to pay for express shipping. They said no. I asked them to give a slightly more expensive tablecloth for the same price. They said no.
HORRIBLE Customer Service!
I may have to pay more elsewhere but at least I won't be left completely without."
