"I placed an order on 4/24 and was not notified my that it was on back order. I emailed the company three times and never received a response. My event is on May 18 and was told items should be in on May 9.
Would have appreciated if I was notified items were on back order. Now, I waiting to see if items will be available on May 9, I have paid for the merchandise and have not received one item even those that were not on back order."

"i ordered navy blue chargers according to the picture and the title of the item. When they come in, it's royal blue and there's nothing I can do with them. It cost me $13 for a pack of 6 plates which is good plus shipping was like $7 but if I want to return it, it'll cost me $20 because of the weight of the plates plus this website keeps a percentage of the $12.99. So really, returning it is wasting more money. Very unhappy with the color title on the website and the image posted. I wouldn't have wasted my time if I knew the true color. And I can't find navy charger plates anywhere!
And like I said, when I got the plates they were a ROYAL BLUE. Which means you don't know how to label your items. Navy is navy. Royal is brighter. I'd send a picture if I could. And I did speak with an agent about your return policy. It's not flexible according to them. You keep a percentage of the item and I have to pay to ship it back myself. Which makes returns more expensive than what the item is worth."
"I received my two orders timely but unfortunately there were two problems that continue unresolved. I ordered 100 special printed favor boxes. When we assembled them 17 were defective. I emailed and used the chat feature of the site, but have not heard back. I was told I could get a credit on my account. I need the boxes.
My second order arrived with the wrong votive candles holders... I again emailed but have not heard back. I think that this site is a 50/50 chance if you order from it"
