"recebi o modelo Umi Super no dia 15 de Setembro de 2016, e quando abri a caixa do telemóvel pareceu-me tudo perfeitamente normal, 


Quando fui para colocar o cartão SIM, notei uma anomalia no slot de cartões, mostrava muita dificuldade a abrir e ao retira-lo mostrava um certo empeno e fragilidade.


Coloquei o cartão, e fechei o slot. Notei que o telemóvel não reconhecia o cartão.

Levando em conta o procedimento adequado tentei remover o cartão, mas ao abrir o slot de cartões, este mostrou ainda mais dificuldades ao tentar abrir. Quando puxei este se partiu.


Por infelicidade minha o meu cartão SIM, ficou no interior do dispositivo e não consegui remove-lo.


Solicitei a morada para a devolução do mesmo e assim passado poucas horas, foi me logo dada.

Enviei para la o telemóvel e durante todo este processo de espera, todos os emails que eu mandava, eram respondidos pela parte da efox,.. sempre me atenderam bem.

Apps algum tempo de espera, o telemóvel perdeu se antes de chegar à efox, mas eles prontamente disponibilizaram se para dar solução ao problema...enviando me um novo via Espanha.

Efox, .. recomendo prontamente,.. como cliente estou satisfeito à solução que deram ao meu problema,..obrigado efox.

I arrive with defect, complaint made on 2016-05-14 and sent to China on 2016-13-06 because they only answered me the day 2016-31-05 with the address. I saw it again with a defect and with 1 loose screw in the box and the screen with risk. It was sent back for repair.
OBS .: See the difference of months in the answers.

2016-26-10 said that the device was seen 3x by the engineers and nothing wrong.

2016-03-11 offer me another device of much smaller range than was bought and of much lower value.

2016-10-11 I am informed that the appliance is used, ie no new appliance. A device that was sent to a company that sells new equipment for this defective factory and by desistence did not want it anymore and now they will offer it to me and then I will again complain by default and then once again they offered me another much lower Technology and market value ....
I need my device that I bought for 149.99 € plus Paypal fees which was a birthday gift that became a nightmare. It's much simpler to send me a new one and not have this boredom we're having."
