"I ordered a nikon d5100 and the next day got an email saying I needed to call to verify the order before it shipped, which I was actually thankful for because I ended up canceling my order. As soon as I called they tried to get me to buy a battery and charger for the camera saying that the camera only comes with a 30 minute single charge battery. I said no I didnt want to buy the battery. he said I needed a battery or the camera wouldnt work. I made sure he wasnt just trying to sell me an extra battery and he said no that the camera only came with a 30 minute single charge battery and wanted to sell me either a 2 hr battery for $40 or a 5 hr battery for $60 and IF I added that to my order today they would throw in the battery recharger for free. so I asked one final question..."so your telling me that if I buy this camera package from anywhere else it doesnt automatically come with the 660 shot battery that I see advertised everywhere?" he said that is correct. so I told him to put my order on hold and I will get back to him. so of course everywhere else I saw that camera online and in store it comes with the rechargeable lithium ion battery and quick charger. needless to say I took my business else where and bought from a more reputable place. BUYER BEWARE. they have great prices, but it is because the kit doesnt include all that you need and then they try to sell you other stuff separate. it is better to buy from somewhere else that actually has a true factory sealed box which includes everything."

However, they called after I received the order confirmation because they wanted to add another $50 for shipping insurance, which I thought was a bit suspicious and deceptive but I said OK. So they charged my credit card and it was supposed to ship within 24-48 hours.

One month later I never received my order so I disputed the charges and had it reversed. I'm not sure how they can get away with doing this - it is typically a violation of the Merchant Agreement to charge someone's credit card in full prior to shipping the order."
