They fedex-ed the camera (canon A60) the second day but when I tried to use it it proved to have some problems (shutter wouldn't open, lenses wouldn't retract, etc - guess a gear broken...)
It took me several tries to get them on the phone but when I did they were very curteous and professional and I got my RMA in no time; shipped the camera back (monitored the shipping) and the next day following the evening they received my camera I got my tracking number for the new camera... good packaging, both cameras were new and got all the accessories....
Guess were I'm gonna buy my SLR from?

"Beware of accessory & UPC code rip off from this company. Bought a Sony Cybershot DSC-F717. Sales pushed and sold me a 0 filer for $30.00. Right after I hang up the phone, I found a 3 filer package for $30.00. So I called and cancelled out the filter order. The Salesman "Hnn"d and "Haa"d through the cancellation, ragged on that my filter package from somewhere else must be a cheap plastic filter. After I told him that it was crystal optics, he angrily asked me where I purchased it, and told me that he's going to buy every single one of the filters from that seller then resell them. Whatever.

I got the package delivered w/in a week. The camera was in a brand new package in a sealed box as they promised. However, after I sent my UPC code from the bottom of the box to Sony for my rebate, it was rejected. Sony told me that the UPC code is not on the bottom of the box, but on the side. I looked everywhere and didn't see it. It took another three months of customer support to find out that Electricsam.com had peeled off the UPC code from my camera box and claimed the rebate themselves."

"I purchased a Canon PowerShot S400 from ElectricSam for $378.00 ($360 plus $18 shipping). I haven't had the time to check out the camera yet, but I can report that everything that was supposed to be included was included. The price was excellent. The packing was more than adequate and the delivery time quick. I received both order and shipping confirmation emails. I also received an email asking me to call (toll-free) to confirm my order. I spoke with the owner of the company ... Michael Franco. It was a bit difficult getting though on the analog line, but Michael assured me that a T1 line was soon to be installed that will rectify the problem. He also explained that the reason for confirmation was because the newly designed website ordering system does not yet have a provision for entering the code that is on the back of a credit card (a purchasing safety mechanism to protect both the seller and the purchaser). Mr. Franco indicated that this feature is planned for future implementation. In my conversation, with Mr. Franco, he intimated that he has some admirable goals, namely achieving the ratings and the reputation of the industry benchmark for online vendors. You sure can't fault Michael for striving to become the next NewEgg!

My experience with electricsam.com was great. I placed an order on their web site for a Canon s400 that I found through pricegrabber.

I received an email confirmation immediately after placing the order. I called electricsam.com to upgrade my order to an express order. The salesman that I spoke with on the phone was friendly and knowledgable.

I also purchased a second battery for my phone as it was a great price too. This didn't change the shipping costs on my order so that was great.

A few days later I received another email with my FedEx tracking number on it. It was delivered before the scheduled ETA and the order was in perfect condition.

The camera and battery both were brand new and work great!

My only complaint: I can't look at my order status on your web site, like say Amazon.com.

Oh well this minor nit-pick will not keep me away.
