"I purchased 2 x SVS PB-3000 subs from electronicsforless.ca. Mason and Josh were amazing to deal with. I will be purchasing from them again in the future. As far as the subs go..... INCREDIBLE !!! After only a basic Anthem MRX-520 set up, the subs are unrelenting ! I'm in the process of running an Arc Genesis set up, but I'm having connectivity issues with my iMac. I came from 1 x SVS PC-12 plus subwoofer. The difference going from 1 to 2 subs is amazing. My advice to someone buying a sub for the first time, go with a dual set up. You will probably get a discount for duals also. I've owned subs for 30+ years, and only ever had one at a time.

My room is 2000 cubic feet. But it has 2 x 6ft openings which run down one side of the room, one opening which leads to my small kitchen and the other opening leads to my hallway. I would say this creates a challenge in comparison to an enclosed home theatre room. The dual PB-3000's aren't even close to "breaking a sweat".
