"I ordered a dynamic mount xt after consultation with the manufacturer. I opted for the hidden handle with my order. Received the mount in good time and a separate box arrived with a small sticker that said hidden handle. When I opened it, there was no hidden handle, but a speaker bracket, which seems was mispackaged. When I called to indicate to the customer service expert Josh, I was interrupted repeatedly when I tried to explain the contents. All he was concerned about was the markings on the box and told me he literally had no clue what was supposed to be inside. When I tried to explain what I saw it was clear he didn't want to hear it-I was just learning too-I'm no expert at it. He assured me I'd receive a response. I called a over a week ago (almost a month since my order) explaining that I had still received a response. Again I was assured I'd receive something from whomever was in charge of that.
I simply want what I ordered and paid for.
I'll happily bump up the star by one if I receive the product I bought, but I still feel it could have been handled more politely and professionally.
If I get the handle I ordered with an apology I'd consider ordering from them again, but would look elsewhere first.
