"I really wish i had followed my own mind and NOT used the site. however they were the only one with the wig i wanted NOW i know why NO ONE wants to buy for here...... i made two purchases the second as a back up just encase they screwed up and they did. guess what.... the second order came first and it was the wrong color. the other order 3 days two late for the occasion i wanted to use it for. I called to return the wig that was the wrong color and they said i had to wait for approval... still waiting... AND i have to pay a 20% restocking fee. WELL WHAT THEY DONT KNOW IS . i used my amex card and should i have any problems i will let amex handle it. I AM TIRED OF COMPANIES SCREWING THE CONSUMER. when i call customer service the guy told me if i wanted to make a better business bureau complaint to go ahead. so basically they have my money and making a complaint isn't going to matter."
