"On 11/28/14 I ordered a Beshe 100% Indian Remy Human Hair Wig (black), order HTXUWVGGI, paid via Amazon Simple Pay, $89.99. When I received it, I noticed that it was of very poor quality and clearly not 100% human hair, so I sent it back via regular mail during the second week of December 2014. I sent a note in the box stating the same. Since it was regular mail, I did not get a tracking number. I am simply seeking a refund. They claimed they never received it and would not provide a refund. I won't be using them again. - Dorothy B"
